Switch to the neck position and you’ll instantly get that rich, buttery Texas blues tone with a woody warmth that is unmistakably Stevie. It’s so authentic, you’ll feel like you’ve been instantly transported to a smoky 2 AM roadhouse.
Wound with 41AWG wire, the Neck pickup delivers exceptional clarity and definition. The sound is massive, silky smooth, and deeply resonant. You get articulate and wide-open mids with shimmering highs, all perfectly anchored by tight, punchy bass that refuses to muddy up.
The low E string form the foundation of your sound, and when it’s right, you feel it – tight and controlled, with a solid “Thump” instead of an overwhelming “Boom.”
41 AWG is phenomenal choice for the neck position. It produces an incredibly wide-open and touch-sensitive sound, perfectly capturing the iconic SRV tone. Honestly, it stands absolutely the best dynamic pickup of all.
The '50s Strat pickups that players still obsess over weren't just tonally beautiful, they responded to you. Dig in and they pushed back with authority. Back off and they cleaned right up. That articulation and dynamic range is exactly what these pickups are designed to preserve.
Here is what that means in practice. When you play with a light touch, you get the glassy shimmer and natural compression of a lightly struck string. The note has space around it, room to breathe. When you attack harder, the pickup doesn't clamp down or get brittle, it translates the force into more output without losing the harmonic integrity. The note sustains longer because the string is still vibrating cleanly. The overtones stay present rather than collapsing into a flat, compressed blob.
Magnet selection, winding pattern, materials, all of it goes toward string-to-string balance and genuine responsiveness. Your nuance comes through. For anyone playing with expression at the center of their approach, that matters enormously. If you've ever felt like your guitar was fighting you instead of singing with you, you know how much that responsiveness affects everything from tone to technique to the simple joy of playing.
The Middle Strat pickup is widely considered not as Iconic as other positions and is the most overlooked and underutilized pickup. This isn't the case with this model; it will be quite inspiring to discover what the Middle pickup might actually sound like when it's done right.
Our Middle in this unique build is where the secret sauce lives. It's coiled with a different wire than the Neck and the Bridge, creating a fantastic tonal contrast.
The 42AWG Middle pickups captures the unmistakable "hollow" and "airy" character of a classic Strat tone. It’s like a "happy medium" avoiding deep warmth of the neck and the piercing bite of the bridge. The balanced response make it sit perfectly in a mix, delivering great clarity without losing the warm and forceful tone.
It is incredibly responsive, adapting amazingly well to your unique playing style.
The tone is absolutely gorgeous, packed with subtle nuances that you will continually discover and appreciate the more you play.
Dominate rock and blues leads with our 43 AWG Bridge pickup, built to unleash your guitar's true power and inspiration. It hits overdrive pedals harder, smoothly translating into a sweet singing lead tone with beautiful long sustain. Crafted with very rare, salvaged Soviet-era 0.050 mm coil wire, this exceptional bridge pickup is our top recommendation for this position. We took extra care to ensure this Bridge punches through with a thick, powerful tone that never turns brittle or thin. Engineered with a specialized hand-winding technique and custom-molded magnets that mirror original vintage magnetic fields, it preserves pristine clarity and musical dynamics. Whether you are cutting through a rock mix or pouring your heart into a blues solo, this bridge pickup is your ultimate vehicle for expressive lead playing. Special care has been given to the 2nd and 4th positions – often overlooked, but full of new tones and unique advantages with this pickguard build.
When you flip between the 2nd and 4th positions, the tonal mix you get is just absolutely perfect. But it doesn't stop there. When you stack the middle with either the neck or bridge pickup, the contrast and harmonic expression hits different. It creates this beautiful interplay that makes your playing feel alive, dynamic, full of movement and surprise. Every note becomes a story.
Designed in a hum-canceling configuration, these positions retain their signature tone without the typical volume drop or excessive phase thinning found in standard setups.
It's amazing how these positions show different shades depending on the style of music you play. It's a unique situation where the pickups evolve into their own instrument that you can learn to play and use.

COMPLEX STRAT MODEL FEATURES:
Great vintage pickups breathe. There is no other word for it. They open up and let the instrument speak, warm, full, dynamically honest. The warmth isn't just a frequency curve, it's a quality of harmonic presence that makes notes feel complete rather than skeletal. The fullness isn't about volume, it's about how the pickup captures the full spectrum of string vibration rather than just the fundamental and a few select overtones.
After a lot of testing and real study of how magnets behave over time and under string tension, the goal here was to recreate that quality: clear, immediate, expressive. Not a simulation of vintage tone but a faithful reconstruction of what actually made those pickups feel so alive.
VINTAGE SOUND CHARACTERISTICS
This is the part that makes the limited runs genuinely limited. Coil wires sourced from Soviet-era inventories dating between 1980s and early 1990s: - 0,071 mm (41 AWG), 0,063 mm (42 AWG) and 0,050 mm (43 AWG), they provide a character that modern equivalents don't fully replicate. The insulation is different. The copper has a different grain structure from how it was drawn and processed decades ago. The result is a tone that's impossible to fully measure but immediately recognizable once you've heard it.The classic twang is there, the bottle-like bloom, the kind of tonal texture that players describe and struggle to define. It's in the way notes decay, the way a chord hangs in the air slightly longer than you expect, with more harmonic detail hanging on in the fade. It's in the way single notes respond, the way a bend or vibrato seems to carry more information, more texture, more of the instrument's actual voice. The twang isn't just about brightness or attack. It's about how the note responds when you dig in, how it has that slightly compressed quality that makes overdriven tones feel singing rather than harsh. The bottle-like bloom is how the sound seems to open up as it sustains, as if the note is finding more room to exist in the air. These are qualities that describe experience rather than measurements, but they're real and they're consistent.
Because the supply is finite, the pickups wound with these wires are a short run. If that's what you're after, you know what to do. And if you're not sure, you should try to find out. Once you hear what this wire does, you'll understand why people talk about it the way they do.
Combined with vintage 1960s lead wires and specially manufactured magnets that recreate the original magnetic field, these pickups produce wonders.
This isn't some mass-produced recreation with marketing hype attached. This is the real deal, and we guarantee this model will give you the most authentic vintage tone imaginable.
